Shipping
Shipping costs are included in the price listed and deliveries are dispatched within 4-7 days, the shipping is done by Royal Mail within the UK and international courier services outside the UK.
Returns
If you need a refund or exchange, please send the goods back to our address (below). Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order. All unwanted items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original labels still attached. The return postage costs are paid for by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the same tender that was used for purchase upon us receiving the item.
VAT and Tax
UK: The price listed includes UK VAT
Outside the UK: If you are outside the UK the price includes the cost of the goods and delivery cost as well as other import and export taxes relevant to your location – items are delivered duty paid (DDP). Any additional local taxes that might apply in your location are not covered and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
